About Wayne Lee, PsyD - Psychologist | Mindpath College Health
With over 20 years of experience, I have acquired various clinical experiences. I help adolescents, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, relationships, stress, and trauma. I believe in a holistic approach to psychological healing, which encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual, with each component influencing the others. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, infused with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance. I am also certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
