The Barre Code is an efficient and results-driven fitness program with a wide variety of class styles custom-curated playlists and an emphasis on positivity and self-acceptance. At the Barre Code Chicago - Gold Coast you have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Our fitness program goes beyond the barre offering three core formats: Barre Bootcamp and Brawl™ (a high-energy kickboxing style class!) No matter your fitness level you will find a class that is right for you. We teach badass classes. We go beyond the barre with our all-in-one program: Barre Bootcamp & Brawl. Sweat under neon lights to music that drives you led by the most passionate instructors in the industry. We preach “Nothing to lose.
