Formerly Lighthouse Family Practice. At Sacred Heart Primary Care our mission is to provide evidence-based, comprehensive care for the entire family. Here at Sacred Heart Primary Care, we care for patients that are newborn and up. We strive to meet not only the current healthcare needs of our patients, but practice preventative medicine in the hope that we can prevent future disease and disability in our community.
