弥富市・豊田市で３つの介護施設を運営しております"森津介護サービス"です。認知症対応型グループホームとして、内科医との24時間連絡体制を確保しております。認知症専門医による月1回の往診もあり、医療面のサポート体制が整っています。アットホームな介護サービスをご提供します。心安らかな一日を過ごして頂けるよう、温かいケアを実践。田園に囲まれ、四季を感じることができます。施設内の畑で野菜を収穫して楽しめます。広大な土地を生かしたレクリエーションも特徴です。認知症の診断を受けている方、介護保険要支援2以上〜要介護5の認定を受けている方が対象ですが、物忘れ等ございます方はご相談下さい。施設見学・体験入居は随時実施しております。近鉄 佐古木駅より車で7分、バス停 十四山中学校前 徒歩5分です。
