新潟県十日町市で米や蕎麦、お餅を購入されたい方は有限会社妻有工房かわきたへお越しください。妻有工房かわきたは自然豊かな魚沼の地でコシヒカリを栽培しています。平成12年に農業生産法人として 「安心」「安全」「美味しさの満足」の商品を心掛け加工、販売、農作業受託を主たる業務とする会社としてスタートしました。現在も新潟県十日町市で特別栽培米コシヒカリを始め無農薬・自社栽培・製粉の蕎麦、一等米こがねもち使用のきりもちを生産、製造、販売しており、商品のお取り寄せも可能となっております。 有限会社妻有工房かわきたのお米は、より良い種を発芽させる為、塩水に籾を浸けて選別する作業「塩水選」(エンスイセン)を行い、ビニールハウス育苗やプール育苗を行って、約一か月半、かわきたのみんなで一丸となり繋いだ収穫作業の後「かわきたの米」としてみなさんの元へお届けしております。 これからも高品質な作物を作り、多くの皆様に笑顔をお届けできますよう精一杯努力を続けてまいります。 今後とも皆様のご愛顧の程宜しくお願い致します。 For those in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture who wish to purchase rice, soba, or mochi, please visit Tsumari Kobo Kawakita Ltd.
