宮城県仙台市で体操教室をお探しの方はぜひ、東仙台駅から車で8分にある仙台スピン体操クラブをご利用ください。当教室は宮城野区幸町にあります。男女体操競技全種目とピットを完備しており、目的や年齢に応じたレッスンを行っている体操教室です。助走スペース20m以上・競技全種目対応のピット(スポンジのプール)も全部で2箇所あり、広々したスペースで安全に練習することができます。器械体操(マット・とび箱・鉄棒・平均台・ミニトランポリン等)を中心に手具運動(ボール・フラフープ・縄跳びロープ・カラースポンジ積み木等)を用いてのレッスンを行う健康体操コースと、健康体操コースより専門的な練習を行う体操競技コースをご用意しております。健康体操コースでは楽しい体操のレッスンにより、健康と運動能力を伸ばしていきます。授業を通じて健康の維持と体力の増進を目指しています。体操競技コースでは会員様の能力に応じた競技力向上が目的のコースとなります。育成コースは「低学年育成」と「高学年育成」に学年で分かれ、宮城県民大会出場を目指し練習します。選手コースは県内大会予選突破、東北大会や全国大会を目指すコースです。目的や年齢に応じたコースを用意しておりますのでお気軽にご参加下さい。また体育館の貸し出しも行っており、他の体操教室の方々が練習にいらしております。仙台市で体操教室をお探しならぜひ当教室でお待ちしております。If you are looking for a gymnastics class in Sendai City, please use the Sendai Spin Gymnastics Club, located 8 minutes by car from Higashi Sendai Station.
