昭和40年代初めより、文京区湯島本郷に居を構えた創業家（香取家） に伝承されてきた料理です。ニンニクや生姜などをふんだんに使用した 特製のタレに、国産の厚切り豚を長時間漬け込んだ製法で豚肉のビタミンB1 を効果的に取り入れ、疲労回復、体力増強、夏バテ防止、免疫力を上げる 等の効果を期待できる料理です。 この「生姜豚」を現代の様々な疲労に苦しんでいる方々にも是非食して頂き、 食から元気になって欲しいとの強い想いから、ここに「本家 生姜豚 香登利」 を復活させることとなりました。 日々の疲れをお感じの方々や、元気になりたい方、ぜひ一度「生姜豚」を ご賞味ください。
