I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with children families and adults. I have spent time working in parenting programs; with children and their caregivers navigating school and home based difficulties. In recent years my focus has shifted to working with an adult population which has been very rewarding. I am able to offer limited in-home sessions with new mothers who have HUSKY insurance. I participated in the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy collaborative at Child and Family Agency. I completed a yearlong Trauma Certificate with the Justice Resource Institute.I am a certified Mind Over Mood therapist assisting new mothers in the transition to motherhood and treatment of mood/anxiety disorders.
