I have been helping borrowers buy homes for over 29 years. Prior to being in the lending business I was a Real Estate Agent so feel I understand this process from both sides. I have specialized in all facets including hard to qualify buyers. My love of this business comes from guiding families through the mortgage maze and ending with a new home. I enjoy working with new agents and helping build their business along with families getting started in building equity with their first homes. I am a past president of Spokane Mortgage Lenders Association past president of Spokane Valley Rotary and involved with Women’s Council of Realtors. Building relationships is something that brings me great satisfaction and joy. I love my clients and Realtors. Teaching new Realtors about programs to sell their clients. Cold calling Realtor leads for follow-up and transforming them into clients.
