Leonard DuBoff a former law professor and a well respected author was licensed to practice law in New York in 1972 and in Oregon in 1977. He is admitted to practice law at all federal levels in several states and before the United States Supreme Court. He has even helped write many statutes. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
